Private & Mobile Instruction
Pilates-rooted strength training on the reformer and jumpboard, layered with dumbbells, the ball, and the ring. Built on heavier springs, a slower pace, and intentional movement, delivered right where you are.
In Session
Slow, controlled reps with heavier resistance, strength built through form, not momentum.
Intentional movement under resistance, every rep held with control, not counted for speed.
Poolside, pool house, or garage, wherever you have the room, the studio comes to you.
About Niko
Niko is a Pilates instructor trained on the Wundaformer (reformer, jump board, and Wunda Chair), along with time on the Megaformer and solidcore reformer machines. That cross-training inspired an approach rooted in heavier springs, a slower pace, and precise, intentional movement, adding weight only where it makes sense, never just for the sake of it.
Committed to constant growth as a teacher, Niko continued his education through Balanced Body's full Comprehensive certification pathway, alongside ongoing mentorship through Inelia Garcia's online Authentic Pilates Academy.
Before Pilates, Niko had a short career in tech and finished grad school, where he found his way back to his real passion for wellness and movement, a throughline that shapes his precise, client-centered approach today.

Yes. Niko brings the reformer and jumpboard directly to you, along with accessories like dumbbells, the ball, and the ring, no studio commute required.
Niko currently serves residential, first-floor spaces only, since the equipment is loaded and unloaded by hand for each session. If you're not sure your space works, reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Sessions run one hour, with time built in for setup and a quick check-in.
You'll fill out a short questionnaire, then Niko will reach out by FaceTime, call, or text, whichever you prefer, to make sure your first session is off to a great start.
Sessions are private, one-on-one by default. Semi-privates are available upon request once a relationship has been built with the primary client. Since sessions are built around a single reformer setup, it works best when that lead client already has the fundamentals down.
Yes. As a Beverly Hills resident himself, Niko understands the importance of discretion and care in the home he's working in. He carries liability insurance, and a certificate of insurance is available upon request.
Of course. Niko is happy to sign an NDA or any confidentiality agreement to protect your privacy.
